Would you like to learn Okinawan cuisine.

Our chef's name is Keiko Higa and she is an Okinawa Good Will ambassador.

The menu follows:

1. Ji-ma-mi Tofu ( Okinawan tofu made of peanuts).(photo)
2. Ninjin shirishiri - fried carrot and tuna.
3. Shekwasa Jelly ( Okinawan flat lemon jelly )
4. Okinawan miso soup


The fee includes ingredients and recipes.

Please bring an apron and a takeaway container.
